    Abstract

We present experimental and theoretical studies of light manipulation on metal surfaces through nondiffracting surface waves-plasmonic Airy beams. First we show the ability to generate experimentally such beams on the surface of a gold metal film and prove their non-diffracting nature, including their self-healing properties. Then we show theoretically the efficient manipulation of such beams in linear plasmonic potentials formed in a wedged metal-dielectric structure.
