Abstract
The author maintains in balance the incredulity of the reader to the initial passive attitude of Grace, alternating chapters between the past and present without any chronological order in particular. This also serves to disorient the reader and keep him gripped to the novel until the end. To not disclose the plot, I only say that Paris has built a credible story to make us realize that even the impossible can happen today. Do not underestimate the fierce and cold ability that certain individuals possess to convince and control others.
