A story of love and disaffection, however, captures in their imperfect daily life three generations of women who, for economic reasons, live in the same house: Gesuina, Maria, Lori - grandmother mother daughter. And it is certainly not a happy coexistence. There is no dialogue. The bickering are reported in the long monologues expressed in the form of a diary or letter. Each character is an island, with its own history, its own desires, its aspirations.
