    Abstract

    We review the latest advances in dispersion-shifted, highly nonlinear planar rib waveguides fabricated in As2S3 glass for enabling broadband wavelength conversion and phase conjugation of highspeed, phase shift keyed signals via CW pumped four-wave mixing.
