Abstract

An alarming feature of the Christchurch mosque attacks was the fact that the perpetrator went not only armed, but also rigged up with a camera to fulfil his plan of livestreaming the attacks on the internet. In addition to the writing of a manifesto and the detailed planning of the attack itself, the attacker successfully fulfilled his intention of broadcasting the attack on the internet.
