    Abstract

    We heterogeneously integrate As2S3 Brillouin waveguides and Si modulators,enablinga compact chip-based RF photonic filter with 50 dB rejection. This level of photonic integration facilitates novel on-chip processing, increasing RF gain by 16 dB.
