Abstract

When you hear the word 'Cornish,' it's likely to stir thoughts of a pastie at your local bakery.
But Cornish heritage has played more than just a part in South Australia's baking history.
As the issue of mining on Yorke Peninsula is again thrust in to the spotlight, there's now a push to give its Cornish mining heritage recognition on a global scale.
