Abstract

Following publication of the original article the following errors were reported: The heading for the Methods section was formatted incorrectly. In Table 1 the heading ‘ONT’ was formatted such that it applied to all three sub-headings ‘Raw’, ‘Filtered’, and ‘HiFi’, but it should only apply to the first two sub-headings. The heading ‘PacBio’ has been added above ‘HiFi’ for clarity. The incorrect and correct Table 1 are shown in this Correction. The caption for Fig. 2 was wrong. The incorrect and correct caption is given in this Correction. Several Latin terms – ‘E. regnans’, ‘Eucalyptus’ – were not consistently italicized and this has been corrected. Incorrect Table 1: ONT HiFi Raw Filtered 92.07 23.53 21.34 167.39 42.78 38.81 15.80 46.73 48.35 Number (1,000) 6,482.95 718.32 467.74 47.93 219.14 219.14 105 36 20,000 Correct Table 1: PacBio ONT HiFi Raw Filtered 92.07 23.53 21.34 167.39 42.78 38.81 15.80 46.73 48.35 Number (1,000) 6,482.95 718.32 467.74 47.93 219.14 219.14 105 36 20,000 Long-read sequencing statistics and Hi-C contact map.
