Abstract
We examine the potential effects of COVID-19 on district government revenues, district and household spending, and untimately local public service access. We find that the government forecasted decrease in economic growth and knock-on effect on central government budget revenues might lead to a 5.5. percent decline in district intergovernmental transfer revenue
