    Abstract

In this volume we draw together the work of scholars from across the world, all of them experts in various aspects of crossing boundaries in public management and policy. We explore different contexts through a range of studies in different countries and policy domains and draw broader lessons of relevance to scholars and practitioners alike. We do this in order to address what are considered to be the key challenges in both the theory and the practice of public management and policy.
