N2 - We present a novel technique for optical interrogation of multiplexed displacement sensors with homodyne detection. Based upon the Digitally Enhanced Interferometry, we propose the use of a complex (IQ) modulation to reduce sensitivity to scattered light and provide multiplexing capabilities. Results of initial prototype testing are presented.
