    Abstract

The differential cross sections for electron-impact ionization of water molecule were investigated. The calculations were obtained using distorted-wave Born approach for molecules. Large recoil scattering was exhibited by the experimental cross sections. The structures in recoil region occurred due to process in which ejected electron produced in initial binary collision. The form of triple-differential cross section (TDCS) was similar to outer valence orbitals with double binary peak and large recoil peak.
