    Abstract

Wigner time delay in photodetachment of Br-has been studied. The absence of Coulomb phase in photodetachment process makes the Wigner time delay more sensitive to the centrifugal barrier shape resonance and threshold effects. Important relativistic effects have been found near the threshold region.
