Abstract

The following new taxa are described from Australia: Xanthoparmelia bicolorans Elix & Kantvilas, X. hafellneri Elix, X. kalbarriensis Elix, X. microcephala Elix & Kantvilas, X. millerae Elix, X. neotucsonensis Elix, X. paraparmeliformis Elix and X. weberiella Elix. In addition, Xanthoparmelia diadeta (Hale) Hale is reported for the first time from Australia.
