Abstract
Abstract The short story is a report on the outcome of the first court case against Terran space mining corporations about extra-solar contamination lodged by homo-cetaceans in the Intergalactic court of Alpha Centauri. Terran proves have destoyed a city that resembles Leibnitz monads. Context of the publication The short story makes use of the prediction of general relativity when travelling near 50% of the speed of light, space-time wormholes and of quantum decoherence.
