Abstract

The positron molecule collisions were investigated by measuring the vibrational excitation of Carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and hydrogen by positron impact. The adiabatic motion of a positron beam in a strong magnetic field was used for measuring the positron energy measurements. The measured cross sections of the different molecules were compared with the theoretical calculations.
