Abstract
The new ferromagnetic phase in the one-dimensional Kondo lattice model (KLM) for intermediate values of the coupling constant was discussed. The density-matrix renormalization group (DMRG) technique was used. Results showed the existence of a new ferromagnetic phase in one-dimensional KLM and the obtained phase diagram is based on the competition between double-exchange ordering and Kondo singlet formation.
