Abstract

Original, world-first innovative composition for combined ensemble of carillon with eight swinging tower bells (Bathurst War Memorial Carillon and All Saints Cathedral). Commissioned for and premiered at the Second Festival of Bells Bathurst War Memorial Carillon in April 2023. Duration: 10 – 12 minutes.

The music is written in three movements ('Intro and Invitation', 'Peace', 'Festive Finale') and commemorates the 90th anniversary of the Bathurst War Memorial Carillon.
