    Abstract

    In recent years, many more actors have attempted to access and use space for commercial, civilian, and military purposes, leading states to attempt to gain domination in the skies above. Therefore, there is a renewed need for strategic restraint in space for both national and global security and for a clarification of international space law frameworks.
