Abstract
Food security is vital for human health and for the optimal functioning of human society. The 1 World Food Summit deflned 'ofood security, at the individual, household, national, regional global levels [as] when all people, at all times, have physical and economic access to safe and nutrition food to meet their dietary needs and food preferences for an active and heal life" (FAO, 1996).
