Abstract
The article is devoted to the understanding of the concept of heritage. The author argues that "Heritage" - is not just a "thing", place or event is immaterial, but rather a performance or cultural process that is associated with the discussion, creation and re-creation of cultural memory, values and meanings. This process obscures the fact that the author defines as authorized discourse Heritage (ADN). This article critically examines the ADN. We give three examples from the field of management of English Heritage, which show that it carries out a performance heritage.
