HighQ localized states in finite extent arrays of Mie resonators

    Abstract

    We report on the formation of highQ localized states in finite arrays of Mie resonators overcoming the previously predicted values by at least twoorders of magnitude, which becomes possible due to destructive interference of bandedge modes.
