Abstract
When Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg testified at a Senate hearing in 2018, a journalist snapped a photo of his notes. If he was asked about whether Facebook should be broken up, his notes prompted: “U.S. tech companies key asset for America; break up strengthens Chinese companies.”
