Abstract
In this In-Brief, Pyone Myat Thu and Roannie Ng Shiu argue that cultural awareness training has the potential to boost productivity in the Australian Seasonal Worker Program, as working relationships between employer and employee are harmonised. This In-Brief is based on research conducted in preparation for the cultural awareness training package delivered at the Inaugural Seasonal Worker Program Conference held in July 2012.
