    Abstract

We summarize our recent application of a fast, non-destructive, imaging-based approach to visualize the spatial distribution of implied open-circuit voltage (iVoc) and pseudo-fill factor (pFF) of various perovskite solar cells. The technique is utilized to investigate the effect of heat stress on the cell performance. Finally, the method is employed to forecast the potential performance of various perovskite films with different compositions.
