Abstract

This book is concerned with areas of law where Paul Finn has looked large, examining the evolution of his ideas and their impact. But it is also concerned with Paul's view of the law as a whole. Its premise is that, while Paul has not been a theorist in a conventional sense, his work offers a distinctive, compelling vision of the law.
