    Abstract

    Publications relating to numbers of Little Eagles (Hieraaetus morphnoides) breeding in the Australian Capital Territory were reviewed and found to be seriously flawed. Hence, it cannot be ascertained whether the breeding population has declined since the 1980s or not.
