    Abstract

    The aim of this report is to develop a survey instrument to identify and examine high performing workplace practices in Australian firms. Specifically, the instrument investigates the leadership, culture and management practices of Australian firms and their effects on workplace productivity, innovation, fairness and employee engagement.
