Abstract
Rituals are common in international regimes. Most activities in international regimes are conducted through ritual symbols. This comment outlines some rituals in the international minority regime and then highlights the rights ritualism in minority protection. Finally, it makes some proposals to transcend ritualism in the international minority regime.
