Metal Nanoparticle Arrays as Wavelength-Selective Rear Reflectors

    Abstract

    Four-terminal tandem devices require sophisticated light management techniques to reach their optimal efficiency. We show that periodic arrays of tall nanoparticles are well-suited for this purpose, and demonstrate their use in a Perovskite-on-Silicon tandem model.
