Abstract
Recently, parity-time-symmetric lasers has garnered attention for their unique functionalities. Here, using a selective area epitaxy technique, we realize parity-time-symmetric lasing and effective side mode suppression in coupled pairs of bottom-up InP micro-ring laser cavities.
