Moore's Account of Causation and Responsibility, and the Problem of Omissive Overdetermination

    Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

    Abstract

In Causation and Responsibility Michael Moore sets out a sophisticated account of causation and responsibility, an account which I largely find compelling but for one issue, namely his response to the problem of omissive overdetermination. I will briefly set out his account of causation, then turn to this problem in detail.
