    Abstract

A new program for calculation of uncertainties in a photoconductance decay measurement has been developed in Excel. The program is designed for use with Sinton WCT-120 Lifetime Tester software, and will shortly be downloadable from PVLighthouse.com.au. The major feature of the program is the inclusion of the calibration in the conductivity-voltage relationship in the Monte Carlo method variable parameters list. This is achieved through a quadratic fit of the uncertainty in the conductivity as a function of voltage. Initial results of the program show reasonable agreement with the work of (Thomson, Hameiri et al. 2013).
