    Abstract

Recently emerged new field of meta-optics aims at the manipulation of strong optically-induced electric and magnetic Mie resonances in high-index dielectric nanostructures. Unique advantages of dielectric resonant nanostructures over their metallic counterparts are low losses, enhancement of both electric and magnetic fields, and unique resonances that provide competitive alternatives for plasmonic structures such as nanoantennas and metasurfaces. This talk will summarize our recent results on Mie-resonant dielectric meta-optics and metasurfaces.
