Abstract
The propagation of partially coherent beams in spatially nonlocal media with a logarithmic type of nonlinearity is discussed. The analytical formulas for the evolution of the beam parameters and conditions for the formation of nonlocal incoherent solitons are derived. It is found that nonlocality increases the diameter of the incoherent solitons. The beam experiences periodic expansions and contractions whose period increases with nonlocality, when the initial parameters of the beam differ from the exact nonlocal soliton solution.
