N2 - We report the first demonstration of a photonic-chip based laser frequency sensor using Brillouin mutually-modulated cross-gain modulation (MMXGM) in a 7cm long chalcogenide waveguide. A large sensitivity (9.45mrad/kHz) of the modulation phase shift was demonstrated.
