Abstract

We present on-chip, all-optical pulse erasure for enabling ultrahigh-bandwidth signal processing. 15 dB pump depletion is achieved for picoseconds pulses using the instantaneous ⁽³⁾ nonlinearity in a dispersion-engineered chalcogenide waveguide.
