Abstract
In this chapter, we summarize the state of the art of single-atom catalysts for photochemical energy conversion based on their applications. Representative examples of these catalysts for water splitting, including both hydrogen evolution reaction and overall water splitting, CO 2 reduction reaction, and N 2 reduction reaction are also illustrated. Finally, at the end of this chapter, we discuss the challenge and opportunity for further research on these catalysts for photochemical energy conversion.
