    Abstract

    The United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP) is the most comprehensive articulation of the contours of Indigenous peoples rights. 1 Yet, even with its adoption, Indigenous peoples remain at the margins of power and overrepresented in negative socio-economic indicators.2
