    Abstract

Nitrogen-vacancy centers in nanodiamonds are ideal candidates for realization of effective single photon sources. Here, we consider the interaction between the nitrogen-vacancy center and the high-index dielectric nanoparticle. Numerically calculated spectral dependencies of enhancement factor of the emission rate for two different geometries are presented. The results show that ~5-fold enhancement of the emission rate can be achieved with a single dielectric nanoparticle.
