Radiative properties of non-stoichiometrically reduced Ceria

    Abstract

    This study presents ellipsometry measurements demonstrating how the complex index of refraction of ceria changes as it reduces non-stoichiometrically. In particular, absorption in the infra-red increases as ceria reduces.
