Abstract
This white paper reports how Raster Adaptive Optics (RAO) improves fluorescence signal by a minimal factor of 1.2- to 2-fold across 3 different organs- skin (ear), lymph node and in fixed bone. ΔRI are measured over different regions (Δx, Δy, Δz) in tissue and optically removed using RAO.
