Abstract
Sir, Lipaemia refers to the sample turbidity resulting from accumulation of lipoprotein particles mainly chylomicrons and very low density lipoprotein (VLDL).1 Lipaemic specimens provide continuing challenges in clinical laboratory settings, and may produce significant interferences in the analytical results of some biochemical parameters.
