    Abstract

    The Federal Government announced on 21 April 2010 that it intends to streamline the four existing federal anti-discrimination laws into a single, consolidated law (the consolidated Act).1 The proposal was announced jointly by the federal Attorney-General and the federal Minister of Finance and Deregulation by media release. No other public statement or document has been released to provide details of the proposed consolidation
