Abstract

This survey brings together the views of local partners into the National Evaluation of Local Area Agreements (LAAs) and Local Strategic Partnerships (LSPs). It is the third survey strand of this larger Evaluation and has been designed to complement the LSP co-ordinators Survey 2008 and the LAA co-ordinators Survey 2009. The survey explores key themes in the national evaluation including Partners views about local outcomes, the drivers of change and the policy levers available to support those changes.
