    Abstract

The reaction of 4,7,10-trithiatrideca-2,11-diyne with RhCl(PPh3)3 results in cleavage and rearrangement of the diyne with formation of the structurally characterized complex RhCl(C≡CMe)(PPh3){κ3-S,S′,S″-S(CH= CH2)CH2CH2SCH=CMeS}.
