An online media is sensationalizing, "Survey prove, Orba Better!" That is, the survey "Evaluation 13 Years Reform and 18 Months of SBY-Boediono Government" by Indo Barometer. Though the survey did not prove a good or bad government. According to the survey, the majority (40.9%) of respondents rated the New Order as the best government. The same survey concluded: "From six presidents who have led Indonesia, Suharto ... most successful (40.5%), followed by SBY (21.9%), and Sukarno (8.9%)." Conclusion this kind is quite provocative. Especially after added journalism sensational. Now a survey can be done to measure the level public satisfaction with Indo Barometer survey. Like many others, I have some objection methods and assuming this survey. However, for a moment, regardless of pernikpernik technical survey methodology, we can weigh the meaning of the conclusion which the survey produced
