    Abstract

Robots in medical science and healthcare are playing significant roles by doing procedures and other tasks which earlier were being done by humans. Robots are assisting health patients, administrators, healthcare systems and entities in many ways to improve the health and well-being of the people. Robots have simplified many complex surgical procedures which earlier were very obscure. Although there is a lot of literature on various aspects of healthcare, but there still is a scope for having a detailed review of how robots can help various entities of the healthcare management. This paper intends to fill that gap and provides an exposition of the role of robots in healthcare and health procedures, especially the surgical procedures and patient assistance. Our review exhibits various aspects of hospital and healthcare management and patient administration.
