Abstract
t is twenty years since the whistle blower initiated Bristol Inquiry promised to revolutionise clinical medicine with patient-centred, pro-reporting clinical governance. Now whistle blowers are revealing another major issue in clinical medicine with significant mental health implications: the reluctance to report or take seriously sexual harassment of junior colleagues.
