    Abstract

    In this discussion paper the authors describe trends and key features of New Zealands official development assistance (ODA). The analysis is primarily quantitative, charting how much ODA New Zealand gives, the sorts of work ODA is given for and where it goes. The source of most of the data for this exercise is the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Development Assistance Committees (DAC) statistical database
